Led by #1 Billboard-charting, award-winning composer/songwriter/producer/engineer and Voting Member of the Grammy Recording Academy Gary Gray, who, for his 11th year in a row produces and engineers epic productions for Disney films (The Little Mermaid), as well as many one-off licensing projects (i.e., the 2023 Amazon Super Bowl Commercial), and produces and engineers albums for Universal Music Group.

Gary developed a revolutionary process for mixing and mastering used by hundreds of students worldwide called the Checkerboard A/B Mixing System.

At TEAM, we provide hands-on training through carefully curated courses: thorough, constructive critiques: and enlightening mastermind sessions. Our mission is to guide artists along the "Music Industry Assembly Line" in order to achieve industry-standard quality recordings and to secure lucrative licensing deals for films, TV, ads, and more. We create, what Gary refers to as 'Music Ninganeers' and 'Licensing Warriors.'
