Using ListenTo to hear a ListenTo broadcast

Note that this is free - there is no charge and no download is required. ListenTo streams through your browser and works with common browsers such as Chrome, Edge, FireFox, and Safari.

To use ListenTo to hear a session that is being broadcast, simply click on the ListenTo link that the broadcaster will share. This should open a browser session that will enable you to hear the broadcast, raise or lower the volume of the broadcast, and mute or unmute it.

An example of a ListenTo browser session screen shot is shared below. Note the following:

- The MUTE button: This should be greyed out (like it is in the example below). If MUTE is on (if the button is red), click it and turn it off.

- The volume slider: Use this to adjust the volume of the ListenTo playback you hear.

This should be all that you need to do hear the ListenTo broadcast. If you are still having trouble, you might want to close your browser and restart it, then rejoin the Zoom session and click on the ListenTo link again. (Worst case, reboot your computer.)
